Who is Gemologist Sam? His name is Sam Walker. With more than 30 years of experience, and having trained and worked in New York City’s Diamond District, Gemologist Sam is extremely qualified in the industry. He is certified by GIA (Gemological Institute of America), is a member of the GIA Alumni Association, and has a Certificate of Gemology from Grand Cayman University.
He has created jewelry for world-renowned jewelers, including Harry Winston, Cartier, Fred Leighton, Patek Philippe, Tiffany and Co., and Fortunoff, as well as celebrities such as Marie Osmond, Joan Rivers, Polly Bergen, and Imelda Marcos.
He holds a certificate of registration with the governing body of the State of Florida for purchasing jewelry. This helps assure customers of quality service.
He personally responds to all calls and will gladly meet wherever the client feels most comfortable. He is known for his free professional courteous house calls, and is even available in the evenings and on the weekends. His local New Port Richey office is also available by appointment.
